Q. My Flight Has Been Cancelled Because of Snow. What do I do?
A. Firstly make sure you check with your airline that it is actually been cancelled. If the airport is shut then it has, but don't just assume your flight is cancelled because someone else has told you. You then need to check with your airline if they are rescheduling your flight or if it is cancelled. If it is the later, then they should offer you a full refund.

A. Normally the answer is yes. The airline or holiday company will let you rebook the holiday for a different date. If how the holiday or flight has gone up in price they may say you have to pay the difference. Normally it does not have to be the same holiday or flight, it is just something to the same value. You must check with you airline or holiday company before doing this to ensure you have permission to do so.
Q. How quickly will I get my refund?
A. It normally takes about a week for refunds to be issued. This is normally paid back on to the card you paid on.
