Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. We receive your tickets approximately 10-14 days before your holiday departure date and we post them straight on to you. If you book within 14 days of your departure date then you are likely to be put on 'ticket on departure' which means you collect your tickets from a collection desk at the airport before you check-in, details of where to collect these will be given to you at the time of booking.
Q. What is an E-Ticket?
A. An E-ticket is a paperless ticketing system, whereby the ticket is held in the airline’s database this means that there is no need to issue a traditional paper ticket. If you have been issued with an E-ticket, you will need to present it along with your passport at the check-in desk when you arrive at the airport.
