Q. Why is the price on page 2 different to the price on page 1?

A. There may be a number of reasons for this, for example if you have chosen a 2 bedroom apartment for only 3 people then the price on the second page will include any 'under occupancy' supplements that may apply, also the live price may have changed since the offer was last refreshed so it will be the live price that is showing on page 2. Please always go through to page 2 for a confirmed price.
 

Q. Why does the price change from the initial listing to the confirmation page?

A. 1.The initial list is based on a database of declared prices from the operators. The confirmation price is after checking for the live price on their booking system – the price may have changed, or the declared price may have been wrong.

 

2. With Self Catering properties, the declared price is normally for maximum occupancy. So if you are trying to book an apartment designed for 5 people, but only put two people in it, the under-occupancy may increase the confirmation price quite a lot.

 

Q. What is included in the final price?

A. You should check carefully on the confirmation screens before confirming – use the “more details” button, and read all the descriptions. Unfortunately the operators of package holidays make it very complicated to identify exactly what they are including, particularly with late deals, where they often strip out the transfers and in-flight meals to reduce the cost.
