Q. How do I book on the web?
A. First, find your holiday, then check it meets all your requirements, click to book, fill in all the name details as requested, enter the card details, and hey presto! You will get an immediate email confirmation, and a written one within a few days.
Q. What if I am not certain about booking on the web?
A. You can Either, call us on the number on the website, and we will do it for you. We are not open 24 hours a day, so you may be asked to leave a message, and we will get back to you.
OR fill in the request form under “Contact Us” and we will reply as soon as we can.
Q. What if I have questions about the holiday before I book?
A. Contact us via email or telephone with any questions you have before you confirm your booking. Bear in mind that the website shows live availability, so for very late deals, any delay may mean the holiday sells out before we can get back to you.
Q. What if I want a different room type to that shown?
A. With some operators, you will be offered options on the room types available on the confirmation screen. For others, they list the property repeatedly, each instance corresponding to a different room type, so check the list to see if the room type you want is available further on. If you still can't find what you want please contact us via email or telephone.

Q. What if i have a question regarding an exsisting booking?
A. Our Opening hours are as follows: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday
Our Lines are open From 9am-10pm
During these time you can telephone for a consultant who will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Ulternatively, if you are unable to telephone during the above hours you can email using the contact forms under 'contact us' and 'my bookings pages' where a consultant will contact you shortly.
